How long will my order take to arrive?
Your order will be fulfilled by the delivery date set out in the confirmation and will be dependent on which postage option you have selected or, if no delivery date is specified, then within 30 days of the date of the confirmation, unless there are exceptional circumstances.
If you are ordering more than one item, your goods may be sent to you in instalments.
The product will be delivered to the address that you provide at the time of placing your order.
You acknowledge that we rely upon the accuracy of address supplied by you.
For Small Parcels: If there is no-one at the address supplied by you able to accept delivery of the products, your delivery will be returned to your local mail / parcel depot for you to collect it. If the item remains uncollected from the depot and is sent back to Cherish Baby you will have 30 days to arrange and pay for the item to be redelivered.
For Large Parcels: If there is no-one at the address supplied by you able to accept delivery of the products, you will receive a card from the courier including a number to call to arrange redelivery. If the item remains undelivered because there is nobody available to sign for it and is sent back to Cherish Baby you will have 30 days to arrange and pay for the item to be redelivered.
The products are subject to availability. If on receipt of your order the products you have ordered are not in stock or we cannot deliver the products within 28 days of the confirmation being sent to you, we will inform you as soon as possible and refund or re-credit you for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the goods within 30 days of your order.
You are required to give us written notice of the non-delivery within 30 days of the date the order was placed. If this notice is not received, we shall not be liable for any non-delivery of products (even if caused by our negligence or that of our agents or subcontractors).
Any liability of us for non-delivery of the products shall be limited to replacing the product within a reasonable time or issuing a refund for the purchase price of the product and the price of postage for the products.
This depends on where you live and how quickly you want your order.
We've tried to keep the prices down as much as possible. The price of postage is dependent on the weight and dimensions of the item that you have bought. Typically the following prices apply:

We make every effort to meet our delivery timescales. However, sometimes events beyond our control could prevent this from happening. Delivery is also dependant on availability. If the delivery is going to be further delayed, we'll email you straight away to say sorry, and see if you still wish to proceed with the order.
The person who delivers your order will leave a card saying they've called, but no one was at home. They will leave a card including details of how, where and when to collect your order usually from your local mail depot. If your package is held at your local post office, it is your responsibility to collect the item before it is returned to us. Orders returned to us as uncollected may be re-sent to you and you will be responsible for the additional postage fees incurred. If you request a refund instead, we will happily provide you with a refund, deducting the postage fees incurred in the first delivery attempt. We will not be liable for delay or errors by the postage service.
We know that all customers like free postage and we do offer it as part of a promotion from time-to-time but it is not an automatic 'right' for every customer. We have considered offering it all the time but the costs would have to be absorbed elsewhere (i.e. the price of the products going up, which wouldn't be popular either).
It is important to us that you are satisfied with your online shopping experience. Should you be dissatisfied with any product within 7 days of delivery, for whatever reason, we will refund the full purchase price you paid for the goods you ordered, although we do reserve the right to charge you for the cost of returning the goods by post.
In such circumstances you must return the product to us in good condition. We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
Anything received after 7 days may be eligible for a credit note or exchange. Products returned after 21 days will be send back to the customer (at the customers cost), as we no longer accept returns after 21 days unless there is a fault with the item (see below terms for faulty goods).
We only endorse the best brand names so we are very confident that our products will live up to your highest expectations. However, should any garment or product develop a fault that was not detailed in the product description within 30 days of delivery we will happily refund or exchange the product.
We understand that it may be difficult to get a good idea of an item by simply looking at a picture online. Therefore if for any reason, the item that you receive does not meet your requirements and is therefore not suitable, please repackage your order and return it back to us within 7 days for a full refund (not including postage). In such circumstances you must return the product to us in good condition. We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
You will be refunded through Sage Pay or Paypal and back onto the same card the original transaction was carried out on.

If any garment or product that is bought from our new range of merchandise is found to have a fault on delivery we will offer a full refund or exchange. Customers will be required to return the defective product to us within 28 days and include the completed returns form (on back of invoice).
Any faults occurring in products from our new merchandise within the first six months of purchase will be covered by a six-month guarantee. Customers will be required to return the item and include proof of purchase. We reserve the right to send goods back to the manufacturer to ascertain whether the product has a manufacturing fault. If a manufacturing fault is found, it will be repaired or replaced and sent back free of charge. Any faults caused due to misuse or accidental damage will be a chargeable repair along with carriage costs incurred.
Please be aware that we cannot be held responsible for any items sent back that get lost or damaged in the post. We therefore advise you to send your items back, by recorded delivery or obtain proof of postage. Please also make sure that the item(s) still has the Cherish Baby label attached and if a new item with a tag, this must also still be attached in order to obtain a full refund, exchange or credit note.
We would appreciate your feedback and therefore it would also be helpful if you could include your returns note (printed on the back of your invoice) in with the item(s) or send us an e-mail to advise us as to why you have decided to return the goods.
We try to process returns as quickly as possible, but it can take up to 30 days for payments to be returned to your account.
